We may use a business contact's name, role, company, work email, published business phone number, company website, public technical or operational signals, source URLs, and our outreach, reply, and suppression history. We do not seek sensitive personal data or private consumer contact details.

We collect information from public company websites, official company profiles or registries, reputable business directories, and direct correspondence. Automated and AI-assisted tools may help extract relevant facts from public pages. A person or deterministic validation process checks the source before the information is used.

We use limited business contact data to identify organizations likely to need our DevOps and managed infrastructure services, send relevant business-to-business communications where local law permits, respond to enquiries, prevent repeated or unwanted contact, and keep our systems secure.

Depending on location and context, we rely on consent, legitimate interests balanced against individual rights, performance of a requested service, or a legal obligation. Where electronic-marketing law requires consent, we do not rely on legitimate interests as a substitute.

We do not sell personal data. We disclose only what is necessary to service providers that support hosting, email, security, and controlled data analysis. Some providers may process data in another country. We select providers and safeguards appropriate to the data and applicable law, and send AI services only the minimum information needed for the task.

Uncontacted research records are reviewed within 90 days and removed when no longer necessary. We normally retain contacted-business records for up to 24 months for conversation history, compliance, and campaign measurement. If someone objects or unsubscribes, we retain a minimal suppression record for as long as needed to prevent future contact.

You may ask us to provide, correct, delete, or restrict your personal data, or object to its use. You may also complain to the data-protection regulator where you live. Rights vary by jurisdiction.

You can stop direct marketing at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or emailing hello@getmatrixkloud.com. We will stop marketing and keep only the information needed to honor that choice.
